(Neb.)- Boehm Retires From Husker Athletics After 16 Years
(Chadrad Sports)- Nebraska's associate athletic director of external operations Mark Boehm has stepped down after 16 years at the university.
In a statement released on Friday Boehm said, "The past 16 years have been a dream come true, and I am very appreciative to have worked with so many talented individuals."
Prior to the hire of Bill Moos as the Husker Athletic Director, Boehm was heavily involved with both the men's and women's basketball team, but had his role change upon the hiring of Moos to focus more media relations, ticket sales, and marketing.
In the same statement Moos said, "Marc played an important role in Nebraska Athletics’ history over many years. We appreciate Marc’s dedication to Husker Athletics and we wish him well in his next endeavors."
