(Neb.)- Hickstein Slides To 7th After 2nd Day Action At Amateur Championship

(Chadrad Sports)- Alpine Hickstein now sits alone in 7th after day number two of the 45th Annual Nebraska Women's Amateur golf championship at the York Country Club.

Prior to Thursday's action, Hickstein was in a three way tie for 6th place.

During her 2nd day round, Hickstein bogied 9-holes, while a triple bogie on the par-5 12th hole slid her further down the pecking order with a 2-day score of 160.  She shot an 81 on Wednesday.

Hannah Thiele of Wahoo is well ahead of the pack at 4-over with a 144, 8-strokes ahead of Kristen Baete of Beatrice.

Round three will finish up the tournament on Friday morning.  Hickstein is set to tee off at 7:44 am MT.
