1.    Call to Order / Roll Call      

2.    A copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted in the Community Building, is available in pamphlet form upon request from City Hall and can be found online at nitc.nebraska.gov/documents/statutes/NebraskaOpenMeetingsAct_current.pdf

3.    Approval of Minutes of July 14, 2020 regular Council meeting and the July 20 budget workshop; and excuse the absence of Council Member Olson from the July 14 Council meeting and Council Member Frahm from the July 20 workshop

       Victoria Raben to replace single-wide home at 227 Linn Street                   
       Larry Rahmig, for a carport at 813 Fifth Street                            
      Dan Brown to tear down a garage and small shed at 615 Elm Street

9.    Discuss/decide on plan of action for hail-damaged vehicles, including 2004 Impala and 2002 public transportation van

10.    Approve/disapprove purchase of new or used transmission for red 2004 Ford F-150 (street department)

11.    Approve bond attorney for upcoming water-sewer project

12.    Discuss/approve advertising for fuel bids (bulk unleaded gasoline, bulk non-highway diesel, pump highway diesel, pump premium unleaded gasoline, pump unleaded gasoline, propane)

13.    Delinquent Utility Account Report and approve any legal actions to be taken

14.    Discuss at-large voting

15.    Discuss possible increase of sales tax and plan of allocation

16.    Accept resignation of Brian Browning effective August 2, 2020

17.    Approve Bills/Claims - Subject to approval of 3 Council Members

18.    Accept resignation of Council Member Brian Frahm from the South Ward

19.    Approve advertising to fill the vacated office of Council Member Brian Frahm

 20.    Adjournment
