GERING - A Scottsbluff man who told police following his arrest for drugs last November that he sold methamphetamine to support his children has accepted a plea agreement in Scotts Bluff County District Court.

Rural Radio News reports 30-year-old Joshua Radomski entered No Contest pleas to reduced charges of distribution of a controlled substance and attempted possession of a firearm by a felon, both felonies, and to misdemeanor child abuse for allowing a child to inhale or contact meth.

Radomski faces up to 50 years on both of the felony counts when he's sentenced on April 10th by Judge Andrea Miller.

Radomski was arrested after authorities serving a search warrant on his home found about 50 grams of meth, a loaded handgun, and digital scales. There were 3 children in the house at the time.
