1.    Call to Order / Roll Call     

2.    Anyone wishing to speak on an agenda item, please wait to be recognized by the Chair Person.

3.    A copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted on the wall in the Council Chambers.  It is also available in     pamphlet form.

4.    Approval of Minutes of Sept. 24, 2019 regular Council meeting, excusing the absence of Council Member Olson

6.    Discuss/approve BCBS plan for employee health insurance

7.    Discuss/approve/disapprove adding $29,866.53 to the Golf budget as Debt Proceeds revenue and Capital Outlay expense and drawing down on the line of credit before October 15

8.    Approve hire of snow removal employees

9.    Discuss/approve clarification on vendor licensing: Chamber of Commerce

10.    Discuss/approve Resolution 2019-12: application for CWSRF Project Planning Activities and Report grant

11.    Discuss/approve purchase of p-tac condenser motor and fan, p-tac heat pump unit or electrical heat for water & waste water departments

12.    Approve street closure from Northwest Auto to Pine Ridge Service Center from 6 am to 6 pm on Nov. 2 for the Cattle call; and approve use of city equipment and employees to clean street from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm; and provide electricity on Second Street for vendors

13.    Approve purchase of rock for Pine Street from 6th to 7th, maximum of $1,800

14.    Approve building permits                                                    Jennifer Dean – parking pad, garage addition, fence at 706 Second Street                                Jack Jones – sidewalk and driveway at 119 Linn Street
                Paul Shimek – mobile trailer shop at property on 500 block of Oak Street           

15.    Approve Security Pledges and annual designation of bank depositories: Security First Bank and First National Bank of Chadron

16.    Approve Treasurer’s Report and Claims Report

17.    Bills/Claims - Subject to approval of 3 Council Members
