RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) - A Rapid City man is in custody on 2nd-degree manslaughter charges for allegedly pushing another man down an embankment, causing his death.
51-year old Thomas Tesch was arrested Friday night for killing 38-year-old Schuyler Swan, also of Rapid City.
Police responding to a call early Thursday about a man unresponsive and not breathing found Swan on an embankment.
