(Wyo)-UW Filling Key Posts On Interim Basis
LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) - The two retired University of Wyoming administrators who were unsuccessful finalists to be the school's interim president are returning to fill their old jobs for the next year while the Board of Trustees looks for permanent replacements for all 3 positions.
Bill Mai will be interim Vice President for Finance and Administration with Chris Boswell Vice President for Governmental and Community Affairs. Both retired from those posts in May of last year and return to them today.
Mai's successor as VP, Neil Theobald, was named interim president by the trustees last month and he asked them to fill their old roles during the presidential search. University spokesman Chad Baldwin says the board will address their pay at its next meeting later this month.
