(SD)-Names Released In Fiery Fatal Crash
RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) - The South Dakota Highway Patrol has released the names of the two Rapid City residents involved in a fiery 2-vehicle crash 5 miles south of Rapid City on Tuesday morning that left one of them dead.
26-year old Hannah Drake was making a left-hand turn onto the highway from a county road about 8:15 a-m when she pulled out in front of a mini-van driven by 71-year old James Broderick. The vehicles collided and Drake's SUV caught fire.
Emergency responders were unable to get her out of the vehicle and she died at the scene. Broderick suffered serious non-life threatening injuries.
