GILETTE, Wyo. (AP) -  A 54-year-old Gillette woman has pleaded guilty to killing her husband last year because he nagged too much.

Deborah Johnson's guilty plea to 2nd-degree murder was part of a plea agreement that saw prosecutors drop the charge from 1st-degree murder and recommend 25- to 37-years in prison. She will remain in the Campbell County Jail in Gillette until sentencing on August 1st..

48-year-old Brian Johnson was shot in the chest as he sat on the couch watching TV on January 3rd, 2016. When she was arrested, Deborah Johnson told police she killed her husband to prevent him from further "nagging, nagging, nagging."
