CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - Blowing snow and black ice are still making for hazardous travel conditions in parts of Wyoming.
Interstate 25 between Cheyenne and Casper was shut down Tuesday night and remained closed Wednesday as a result. I-25 from Cheyenne to the Colorado line is open.
The Wyoming Department of Transportation is also warning of hazardous conditions on highways in northeastern Wyoming. Unnecessary travel is discouraged on highways including U.S. 16 and 387.
