Panhandle Public Health District (PPHD) is offering Hemingford residents the opportunity to learn the skills to live a healthy lifestyle for no charge. The lifestyle change program focuses on healthy eating, physical activity, stress management, and coping skills. No gimmicks, just the support and tools you need to achieve a healthier you.
Classes are starting across the Panhandle this spring, including in Hemingford on Thursday, March 15 at 5:00 pm.
