(Neb.)-CSC golfers in third
By: Andrew Lacy Posted at: 03/15/2013 09:20 AM BILLINGS, Mont. – The Chadron State College women’s golf team shot an opening round of 343 at the Yellowjacket Spring invitational in Billings, Mont., on Thursday.
The Eagles are three shots behind Colorado Mesa for second place.
Karissa Moreland led the way for the Eagles after firing a 79 to put herself in a tie for second place overall.
Emilee Pilkington shot an 85, while Schuyler Wetzel was right behind her after shooting an 86.
The tournament will conclude Friday.
