(SD)-Name Released In Wed Traffic Fatal Near Rapid City
RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) - The South Dakota Highway Patrol has released the name of the Black Hills woman killed Wednesday morning in a two-vehicle crash about 4 miles west of Rapid City.
71-year old Kathleen Moulton of Piedmont was westbound in a pickup on Interstate 90 near mile marker 51 when she passed a semi, but as she moved back into the driving lane the rear side corner of the pickup clipped the front driver side corner of the truck.
Moulton, who was not wearing a seat belt, lost control and the pickup went into the north ditch and rolled. She was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene. The truck driver, Erick Rousselle of Rapid City, was not injured.
