(Neb)-One In Critical Condition Following Hwy 385 Collision
CHADRON - The Nebraska State Patrol says one person was in critical condition on Saturday following a two-vehicle accident Friday night on Highway 385 near Chadron. Names have not yet been released.
The Patrol says a northbound driver preparing to go west a county road made a left-hand turn directly in front of a southbound SUV whose driver could not avoid a collision. Both drivers were wearing seat belts and their airbags did deploy.
Both drivers were taken to Chadron Community Hospital with the northbound driver then taken by Flight For Life to Regional West Medical Center. The SUV driver was treated and released.
