(Neb.)-Woman Arrested For 5th Offense DUI In Chadron
(Chadron)-On Tuesday morning around 4:45 am, Chadron Police Officers received a complaint regarding a suspicious vehicle that appeared to be following a citizen around town. Officers located the vehicle on the 300 block of West 10th Street in Chadron and made contact with the driver.
Upon contacting the driver, officers detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage and began an investigation into a possible driving under the influence of alcohol violation.
As a result of the investigation, officers placed the driver, 36 year old Dormalee Martin under arrest for 5th offense DUI, a Class II felony, and a Dawes County warrant for Driving under Suspension.
