(S.D.)-Rapid City Police Investigating Bar Alley Death
RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) - Rapid City police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found in an alley behind a bar.
Authorities say officers were called to the Brass Rail about 9 p.m. Tuesday for an unwanted person causing a disturbance and refusing the leave. Officers found the unwanted male in the restroom and arrested the 19-year-old for resisting arrest and unlawfully drinking alcohol.
The responding officers also found an unresponsive 44-year-old man in the alley. He was pronounced dead at a hospital, and an autopsy is pending. Authorities did not immediately identify him.
