By: Roxie Graham-Marski Posted at: 10/21/2013 08:19 AM
CASPER, Wyo. (ASSOCIATED PRESS) - A Casper man has been charged with aggravated vehicular homicide after a crash that killed a 76-year-old Army veteran.

     The
34-year-old Randall Laine George turned himself in last week after working with his attorney and state prosecutors.

He is accused of driving drunk and speeding when he crashed his truck into a car driven by Thomas Manning Jr., also of Casper. Police say George's truck was going 72 mph a second and a half before the Sept. 29 crash and that his blood-alcohol content was 0.20 percent, more than twice the legal limit for driving.

George also faces two counts of reckless endangerment.
