(Neb.)-Sioux County Commissioners To Meet Tuesday Morning
(SIOUX COUNTY)-Due to the Labor Day holiday, the Sioux County commissioners will convene for their monthly meeting on Tuesday, September 3rd, at the Sioux County Courthouse, 325 Main Street in Harrison. The meeting begins at 9:00 a.m. and is open to the public. On the agenda, appointments to meet with elected/appointed officials Michelle Zimmerman in inventories, Barb Serres, custodians Sarah Sanderson and Brad Munson, Nick Sanderson, Sheriff Lyle Staudenmaier, a representative from the extension office, and legal consultation with county attorney Adam Edmund.
After a break for lunch, the commissioners will reconvene as the board of equalization at 1:00 p.m. and later will discuss road department updates with Jake Wasserburger, including the Montrose Bridge, the Sioux County Feeders approach, CenturyLink, and a right-of-way. At 1:30 p.m., a public hearing will be held regarding the county’s budget.
