(Neb.)-Western Nebraska Communities Considering Police Consolidation

 GERING, Neb. (AP) - The head of Scotts Bluff County Board of Commissioners says he'll consider consolidating police services with the cities of Scottsbluff, Gering and Terrytown.

 County board chairman Mark Masterton says it's a good time to discuss a possible combination because of a series of vacancies in each agency.
