(Neb.)- Heavy Snow Expected By Mid-Week

(Chadron)-The National Weather Service in North Platte has issued a winter weather watch for SheridanCounty with snow expected to blanket most of the Panhandle of Nebraska.
The winter weather watch is in affect from Wednesday evening through Thursday evening. 
Conditions expected from this winter storm include, heavy snow with accumulation estimated at 8 to 14 inches east of Valentine, areas to the west should expect amounts to total 6 to 8 inches.
Winds will be easterly to northeasterly at 15 to 25 miles per hour, with wind chills approaching zero.
Expect hazardous travel conditions with little visibility.
