(CHADRON)-The Chadron Police Department responded to a burglary call from Bomgaar’s on Wednesday, January 2nd, at approximately 1:33 a.m. Upon arrival, officers observed that a person had forced open the front door of the building. The person seemed to have targeted the tool isle, specifically sockets, and had already left the scene. It was determined that a single person entered and exited the location on foot and may have had an accomplice in a waiting automobile, located some distance to the south of Bomgaar’s on or near Highway 385 and 10th Street.
