(Wyo.)-Blizzard Conditions In Southeastern Portion Of State

     CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - Wind gusts of over 50 mph are creating hazardous driving conditions in southeastern Wyoming.
 
     The wind is blowing new snow around along Interstate 80 east of Arlington to just west of Cheyenne.  A blizzard warning is in effect until Thursday at noon.
 
     A gust of 52 mph was reported at Arlington. Bordeaux had a gust of 51 mph.
