(Neb.)-Suicide Survivors To Meet In Alliance
(Alliance)-An event will be taking place in Alliance this weekend for people who have lost a loved one to suicide. National Survivors of Suicide Day will be recognized in Alliance this Saturday, November 17, 10 am, at Box Butte General Hospital in the Alliance Room. This event is open to anyone in the Panhandle area.
The program will include a panel of survivors (family and friends of someone who has committed or attempted suicide or even just talked about suicide) in addition to mental health professionals. If you wish to participate in a more private setting, the national broadcast can be viewed via personal computer at www.afsp.org.
