(Wyo.)-Man Accused Of Molesting Two Girls Strikes Deal

By: Roxie Graham-Marski Posted at: 10/30/2012 09:22 AM
CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - A Mills man accused of molesting two girls has struck a plea deal with prosecutors.

David Roy Wilson entered an Alford plea Monday to one count of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor and one count of third-degree sexual abuse of a minor. Under an Alford plea, a person does not admit guilt but acknowledges prosecutors have enough evidence for a conviction.

Wilson is accused of molesting a girl during a game of hide and seek in March, and then molesting another girl at his home.

His plea deal calls for a maximum sentence of four to seven years in prison.
