(Wyo.) - Casper woman acknowledges role in armed robbery
CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - A Casper woman accused of taking part in an armed robbery of an adult video store has acknowledged her role.
Casey Bingemer struck a deal with prosecutors and pleaded guilty Friday to conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery. In exchange, the state dismissed three other charges related to aggravated robbery and
Prosecutors say Bingemer and Antoine D. Miller entered Emporium Video Exchange in Casper just after 9 p.m. Dec. 27. Miller is accused of pointing a pistol at the clerk, while Bingemer took $400 in cash from the register.
No one was injured in the robbery.
Miller, also of Casper, faces charges of aggravated robbery, conspiracy and felony methamphetamine possession. His arraignment is scheduled for May 17.
