(Neb.) - Felony Terroristic Threats arrest, Joseph Boyle

On April 17, 2012 around 2203 hours, officers were called to a residence in Chadron in reference to a male suspect who was causing a disturbance.  On arrival, officers made contact with 45 year old Joseph Boyle.  After speaking with the reporting party and Mr. Boyle, officers learned that Boyle made threats to kill another male subject and also kicked a vehicle.  Officers arrested Boyle and he was transported to the Dawes County Jail and charged with a Class IV felony terroristic threats and a Class III misdemeanor disturbing the peace.
