(Wyo.) - Casper lawyer Despain to join Casper College board

CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - The Casper College District Board of Trustees has chosen Casper lawyer Bob Despain to fill a vacant seat on the board.
    
Despain will complete the rest of the term of Charles Chapin, who announced his resignation in March after having served on the board since 1996. Chapin's term expires in December.
    
Despain could seek election to a new four-year term this November.
