(Edgemont)-The Edgemont common council will convene this evening, April 17^th, at 7:00 p.m. at Edgemont City Hall. The agenda is a full one, including the unfinished business of the removal of public nuisance property and bids for a surplus lawn mower. New business includes the purchase of a zero turn mower, repairs to Rat Jet, canvas of votes, and the hiring of a permanent city operator and city operator 2.

The council also expects to enter into executive session per South Dakota Codified Laws and Constitution (SDCL) 1-25-2 to discuss and act upon either the qualifications, et cetera of a current or prospective employee or public officer, consult with legal counsel regarding proposed or pending litigation and/or contractual matters, or to prepare for contract negotiations with employees or employee representatives.
