Members of the community helped the Chadron Area Aquatics and Wellness Center celebrate its near completion with a VIP Tour on Sunday, February 12. Mayor John Coates made a few remarks, and raffle winners and the winning dignatary, Chadron Volunteer Fire Chief Jack Rhembrandt, made their way down the pool slide for the first time.
