Funeral services for Jamie Lee Wounded Arrow, age 28, will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at the Pine Ridge Middle School Gymnasium in Pine Ridge, SD with Reverend Harold Eagle Bull officiating. Traditional Lakota services are To Be Announced.
 
Burial will be at the Holy Cross Episcopal Cemetery in Pine Ridge, SD.
 
A one-night wake service will begin at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 13, 2017 at the Pine Ridge Middle School Gymnasium in Pine Ridge, SD.
 
Jamie was born on January 20, 1988 in Pine Ridge, SD to Horace Wounded Arrow and Charlene Blackhorse. She made her journey to the Spirit World on January 1, 2017 in Sioux Falls, SD.
 
Jamie is survived by parents Horace Wounded Arrow of Chadron, NE and Charlene Blackhorse of Pine Ridge, SD; brothers Charles Mousseaux of Washington, Harold (Judy) Silk Jr. of New Sharon, IA, Vine Deloria III of Albuquerque, NM, George Wounded Arrow of Pine Ridge, SD and Brandon Wounded Arrow of Chadron, NE; sisters Marla Jean Big Boy and family of Pine Ridge, SD, Brenda Wounded Arrow of Pine Ridge, SD and Nicole Wounded Arrow of Port St. Lucie, FL; and aunts and uncles Marty (Pam) Wounded Arrow of Atlanta, GA, Purvis (Christine) Wounded Arrow of Sisseton, SD, Arletta Wounded Arrow of Rosebud, SD, Leola (Cedric) Goodman and family of Pine Ridge, SD, Diane (Neil Poor Bear) Goings and family of Sioux Falls, SD, Timothy Luke Goings of Blackfeet, MT, Mark Goings of Pine Ridge, SD, David Goings of Sioux Falls, SD, Allison Goings and family of Pine Ridge, SD and Robert Jonathan Goings of Yankton, SD.
 
Jamie was preceded in death by brother Samuel Phillip Deloria III; grandparents Harry and Matilda Wounded Arrow and Albert and Julia Spider; and great-grandparents Vivian Frazier and Charles R. Blackhorse.
 
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Jamie Lee Wounded Arrow.
