Funeral Services for:  Hazel Musfelt of Rushville 

will be Tuesday,  April 3, 2012, 1:00 PM at the United Methodist Church in Rushville,

 Burial will be held in Fairview Cemetery, Rushville. 

A memorial has been established for the Rushville Rescue Squad and donations may be sent in care of:  Chamberlain-Pier Funeral Home PO Box 366 Gordon, NE 69343 

Hazel died March 29, 2012, at Heritage Nursing Home, Bridgeport, NE.,She was 96.
