09/02/2017 - Ranger Program At Chadron State Park

A series of ranger programs is taking place at Chadron State Park at the Trading Post. The educational programs, which address a wide variety of nature and history topics, are produced as a collaboration between the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission, Agate Fossil Beds National Monument and the U.S. Forest Service’s Hudson-Meng Education and Research Center.

Celebrating Nebraska Archaeology Month – Sept. 2, 10:30 am

Each program is free and open to the public, but vehicles entering the parks must have a Nebraska park entry permit. The permits are available online at outdoornebraska.org, the parks’ headquarters or vendors throughout the state.
